This truffle is a fusion between carrot cake and gajjar ka halwa.

Gajjar ka halwa is a cozy famous dessert in India. It’s made with ghee, milk, carrots, spices and sugar.

My version is made with elements known to be both in carrot cake (pecans, cinnamon, and nutmeg), and the halwa (creamy components, almonds, and cardamom).

It’s then drizzled with white chocolate as a garnish.
