An Energy Ball is an unconventional healing modality that my guides showed me a few years ago. I have been practicing it on friends and family ever since. I was finally shown to start offering it as a service to my clients in February and the results have been amazing!

To receive an Energy Ball, we set up a time when the client will be sleeping and I form a ball and send it right before they go to bed. Doing this helps the body, mind, spirit to receive without resistance. Before starting to form the ball, I call in the clients Guide Team and Higher Self. They directly use me as a channel to send energy from. The client may experiences visions, physical symptoms and sensations like tingling, heat, coolness, etc.; this is all normal. I take notes during the whole process and write down everything I get intuitively from the client’s guide team and higher self as well as everything I pick up from their energy by tuning in. After waking, the client is told to meditate for 15 minutes and make notes of what they felt, saw, and experienced. We exchange notes at this time for confirmation of the energy and healing that was sent over. Sometimes the body will take a day or two to fully integrate, but once a week is recommended to help clear any blockages and enhance your own intuition.
